In order to maintain continuity throughout the community, Vista Oaks Estates requires a 2400 square foot minimum home with secondary structures allowed. There is also a requirement that the structures be at least 80% brick, stone and/or stucco, so your home’s beauty will match the beauty of the land on which they’re built.
